PonG: Livi at the Park

Today, with the weather being in the high 40s (practically summer around these parts), the girls and I walked down to the park after Jessi left for work. Bundled in their p.j.s, I actually hadn’t intended to go to the park, but we ended up there, so I thought I’d take advantage of the time and see if Olivia enjoyed any of the recreational offerings. This was her first time at the park (where she was old enough to think about doing anything).

I first put her on the merry-go-round. She was hesitant at first, but came around (see what I just did there?).

Then we went over to the slides where she amazed me by going down not just the little slide, but the BIG one ALL BY HERSELF! Jessi would have killed me. (Sorry, Honey.) Unfortunately, I was so worried about her falling to her doom that I didn’t take any photos.

Then came the swings and this rocking duck. She wasn’t thrilled about either.

Oh yeah. Ellie slept in the stroller the whole time (the original reason for the walk). She’s a sucker for moving ‘vehicles’.
