Cuttlefish: Part Alien, Part Fish

While flipping through the channels, I came across this PBS special on the most amazing creature I think I’ve ever seen. I actually sat and watched about 15 minutes of the NOVA special on the cuttlefish.
These squid-like creatures can change color and shape instantly to match their surroundings - it’s the coolest thing ever! I’m not sure why they didn’t teach us about these in science class..maybe I would have payed attention.

Saw the same show and was beyond amazed. I thought, when I saw the write up about it, how interesting could this be - well I was happily surprised!! This is probably one of the most fascinating creatures on the planet, never heard of them before and now I’m reading up as much as I can on them!
