John Deere STX38 Lawn Mower - $500 $450
For sale is a John Deere STX38 Riding Lawn Mower with a 38″ Deck. This summer, we replaced all belts and the battery and had the usual service from a local shop. This has a 12.5 hp Kohler Command, 5-speed engine with dual blades (also sharpened this summer).
We’re moving and won’t be needing a riding mower, but we’d be willing to trade for a nice dining room set with at least 6 chairs.
The paint is in good condition with regular wear and tear and the seat has a tear in it - but most well-ridden seats do. 
Twin Bed with Headboard & 3 Drawers - $30 $20
We purchased this Sauder (I believe) bed about a year ago…it’s in near-perfect cosmetic shape.
Queen Size Bed with Mattress & Box Spring - $350
For sale is this beautiful Grenada Hardwood & Metal Queen bed (headboard, footboard, and frame) along with a 5 year old pillow-top mattress set (with box-spring). Originally paid over $400 for the bed and $900 for the mattress set. The mattress set is still in very good condition - we’re just getting a new set.
Here’s an official description of the bed:
Four 2 5/8” solid, hardwood posts are topped with hand-poured, cast end caps. The footboard also features cast feet. The camelback grills are welded for added stability. The dramatic scrolls within the grills are wrapped with metal ties. Each inner scroll is finished with a delicate process with results in a flat hammered end; giving the appearance of a genuinely, hand made piece. One single arrow-straight, hammered tube marks the center of the bed. Two single loops wrap around each post connecting together with the grill; hugging metal to wood.
Little Tikes Play Set - $40 $30
This cute little play set is perfect for around the age of 2-3. Still in good condition.
